1. Information We Collect
PhotoRegen AI does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to the developer’s servers in the current version of the app.
Images selected or created within the app are processed locally on your device.
2. AI Content & Image Processing
PhotoRegen AI processes images directly on the device using On-Device AI models. Your photos and edited results are not uploaded to the developer’s servers.
AI Content Labeling: Images modified by AI may include metadata or watermarks to indicate they were generated or altered by artificial intelligence, helping to prevent misinformation.
3. User Responsibility & Prohibited Content
Strict Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from using PhotoRegen AI to create non-consensual sexual content (deepfakes), deceptive, or harmful imagery. You are solely responsible for the content you generate. Any misuse of the app to violate the privacy or rights of others is a violation of our terms.
4. Reporting Inappropriate Content
To comply with safety standards, the app provides a feedback mechanism. If you encounter any generated results that are inappropriate or violate safety policies, please report them to: snaimans@gmail.com.
5. Permissions Used by the App
The app may request the following permissions in order to provide its features:
- Photo / gallery access
- Camera access
- Storage / media access
- Internet access (Only for asset delivery and notifications)
6. Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Play asset delivery to provide optional downloadable model files. No advertising or analytics SDKs for user tracking are used in this version.
7. Data Storage & Deletion
User data is not stored on the developer’s servers. Since no data is collected, no separate account-based deletion request process is required.
8. Children’s Privacy
PhotoRegen AI is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Future Changes
If future versions include cloud-based processing or advertising, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly to reflect those changes.
